PEGASUS PANELS PRIVATE LIMITED

Pegasus Panels Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 2017 as a subsidiary of the Asiatic Group, Mumbai. With over 30 years of experience in the space of architecture and interior design, the company built its first sprawling high-tech manufacturing unit in Gandhidham, Gujarat, which has a production capacity of over 3.5 million laminates per year.

Drawing from its rich experience, industry knowledge & unmatched expertise, the company soon grew to be the most revered laminate manufacturer in India. Pegasus Panels Pvt. Ltd. now fabricates innovative & futuristic collections that have redefined the world of laminates. It has influenced the market to look at the imaginative possibilities of surface designs, thus positioning itself as one of the most dynamic brands in the industry. Its progressive approach to surface designs which helped the company speedily expand its network PAN India. Currently, it has offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai & Coimbatore, as well as Augmented Display Galleries all over the country.

Opens third company – owned depot at Chennai, Tamil Nadu to cater South -India.

Opens second company – owned depot at Delhi to spread in North-India.

Opens first company – owned depot at Ahmedabad, Gujarat to spread its wings in western and central region of India.

2017

Establishes a sprawling 10 acres manufacturing unit in Gandhidham, Gujarat under Dorby Mica.

2010-15

Sets up its two Experience Centers in Thane and Kalyan.

2006

Gets recognized as a ‘Brand Maha ‘after entering retail segment under ‘Ambience Surface Decor’.

2000

Expands into wood-based panel products and builds a strong network in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, and North Karnataka.

1991

Asiatic Corporation was instituted which became synonymous with timber trading.

INFRASTRUCTURE

The factory can produce 15,00,000 laminate sheets per year. It covers a land area of 40, 500 sq. mtr. Four different kinds of paper rolls are brought– Design, Kraft, Tissue and Barrier papers. The next step is impregnating resin on all papers. After this, the paper is preserved in an air-conditioned room to avoid the resin from sticking. Eventually, all the papers are assembled and are hot pressed in a steel mould with different textures for 90 minutes. This is where the creative laminate designs we see are implemented. Next, the laminates are sawed for shaping and are wrapped in branding papers before being distributed.
