Prices of listed products on Dorby Panels ecommerce website are quoted excluding delivery charges.

Allow us 10–12 business days for laminates and 2–5 business days for edge bands to be delivered. Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays are processed & dispatched the following Monday or next business day. In an event of a civil disturbance or Act of God, the delivery will be behind schedule, and the customer shall be informed. Expect late delivery during public holidays and any other non-working days.

1. The customer has to make his/her own arrangements for unloading and lifting the goods delivered. On request, manpower for unloading/lifting the material may be arranged by us, which shall incur additional charges. The customer will have to inform about such requirements after placing the order and before dispatch of the same. Prices mentioned on Dorby Panels website exclude such costs. 

2. In case of deliveries at apartment/gated societies/workplace etc., the customer should have prior mandatory permissions for taking delivery and its further process of unloading.

3. In case of any property damage during unloading/lifting, the damages will have to be borne by the purchaser alone. 

4. Please note that for smooth operations, the staircases have to be wide and spacious enough for the goods to be lifted easily.
