Return & Exchange Policy
Products once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.
We take strict measures to assure that the goods delivered to you are in their best and truest form. Although there is a slight chance that:
a. The product may be damaged while in transit.
b. A manufacturing defect is there.
c. An incorrect product is delivered by mistake.
Only under such circumstances as mentioned above will we provide a replacement at no extra or hidden charge, but the request for a replacement of the product should be made immediately at the time of delivery. The customer agrees to carry out a thorough inspection and checking of the delivered product/products at the time of receiving the delivery itself. Any issues faced or defective/improper delivery should be informed to the customer immediately. No replacements or returns will be considered after the order is processed and delivered.
If the product requested for replacement is out of stock/discontinued/not available, we will try our best to provide you with possible alternatives/options.
